Custom Apparel

Custom cut & sew product includes custom silhouettes and fabrications. Please refer to the Product Catalog for an image library of existing bodies and fabric swatches. 

Note: cut & sew bodies can be produced domestically with lower MOQ and shorter leadtime, though at a higher cost. Available fabrications will be subject to stock fabric availability, and silhouettes will be limited to simplified bodies.  

Overseas cut & sew allows for lower cost, along with wider fabrication and customization options. Leadtimes will vary based on quantity and complexity, but MOQ will need to be quoted.  

 

Cut & Sew Tier One—inclusive of simple bodies that have already been developed domestically with limited customization. Please refer to the appendix for estimated cost, MOQ, leadtimes and available fabric options.

Cut & Sew Tier Two—inclusive of more complex styles that have been developed overseas with wider fabrication and customization options. Please refer to the appendix for estimated cost, MOQ, leadtimes and available fabric options but note, new styles will need to be requoted based on design and quantity. Fit can be adjusted based on already developed specs.
