Pigment-Dyed Hooded Sweatshirt
A classic-fit pullover hoodie made from heavyweight 9 oz./yd² (US) / 15 oz./linear yd (CA), 30-singles fabric in an 80/20 ring-spun cotton-polyester blend with a 100% cotton face. Features a jersey-lined hood with sewn eyelets, dyed-to-match drawcord, pouch pocket, split-stitch double-needle seams, twill neck tape, 1x1 rib cuffs and waistband, and a woven label. Pigment-dyed garments have natural color variation and may release loose pigment, so wash cold with like colors. The prepared-for-dye version uses a 3-end knit with a 100% cotton face yarn, 100% polyester middle yarn, and 80/20 cotton-polyester back yarn for added stretch and softness. It is slightly oversized before dyeing and is designed to shrink to the finished pigment-dyed specification after processing. Pigment dyes, tie dyes, mineral washes, and dip dyes are recommended; dark reactive dyes and overdyes should be tested before bulk production.
